This unique condominium complex is
located in Playa del Carmen, the most popular beach town
on the Riviera Maya coast of Mexico.
Playa del Carmen has grown from a small Mayan fishing
village to an international vacation destination with
visitors from all over the world. Although this is still
a walking town with a casual and friendly atmosphere.
The Riviera Maya has much to offer with fishing trips,
diving, snorkeling or just relaxing on the white sand
beach gazing at the turquoise blue water… with a frosty
margarita of course!
The Royal Palms is situated in one of the newest areas
of Playa del Carmen in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Playa’s famous fifth avenue pedestrian walkway is just
steps away with its cosmopolitan ambience and upscale
shops and restaurants. We are also only one and a half
blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, one of the most
beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.
You will find the condo rentals at The Royal Palms
simply elegant with a high standard of comfort and
convenience.
On the courtyard garden level, overlooking the pool and
tropical gardens, are five two-story mezzanine loft
rentals with five-meter (sixteen foot) ceilings. |

Suite #7 is a spectacular condo located
on the 2nd floor with elevator access or by stairway. My
suite is tastefully furnished and decorated with all the
conviences of home. You will never want to leave.
This is a three-bedroom suite, with two master suites.
Both Master suites have king size beds and the adjoining
bedroom also have a king size bed. All bedrooms have
their own balconies with views over 5th Avenue. There is
ample storage and closets. My Master bedroom has an
exceptionally large bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi
bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with Televisions and
DVD players.
I have a total of 2 full bathrooms plus a powder room.
In keeping with my Mexican/ Caribbean theme, I have
purchased Talavera tiles and sinks.
My kitchen comes fully equipped with a stainless steel
refrigerator, with an ice maker. I have equipped the
suite with an in-line water filtration system (ozone
treatment). I have a counter top range, a large
microwave, full size oven and a dishwasher. Adjacent to
my fully equipped kitchen is a laundry room with a full
size washer and dryer. My condo also features a bar with
a built in wine cooler.
Spiral stairs off the elevator lobby lead to a rooftop
terrace where one can enjoy both Caribbean Sea and city
views and fully appreciate the tropical sunrises and
sunsets and the beautiful night skies. This is a private
terrace with a large 6 person outdoor Jacuzzi. There are
tables, chairs, barbecue, and lounge chairs for relaxing
and enjoying the views.
My home is an incredible condo and I make it available
for rental during the times that our family is not
enjoying it ourselves.
My suite is perfect for three couples to share or
families, I have based the occupancy of my suite at six.
A classic Mexican Talavera base is the support for my
dining table with a half moon nook makes it very roomy
and cozy for any dinning occasion.
With my Mexican/Caribbean theme I have purchased heavy
woven wood furniture for the living room, palm leaf
ceiling fans and Talavera urns. The furniture is very
unique. You can bring your favorite CD’s and laptop for
Internet access so you can stay in touch with family and
friends. I have a TV with cablevision for those moments
during my holiday that you want to keep up to date with
news items or just have the option to have a movie in
the comfort of my own suite.
