This unique condominium complex is
located in Playa del Carmen, the most popular beach town
on the Riviera Maya coast of Mexico.
Playa del Carmen has grown from a small Mayan fishing
village to an international vacation destination with
visitors from all over the world. Although this is still
a walking town with a casual and friendly atmosphere.
The Riviera Maya has much to offer with fishing trips,
diving, snorkeling or just relaxing on the white sand
beach gazing at the turquoise blue water… with a frosty
margarita of course!
The Royal Palms is situated in one of the newest areas
of Playa del Carmen in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Playa’s famous fifth avenue pedestrian walkway is just
steps away with its cosmopolitan ambience and upscale
shops and restaurants. We are also only one and a half
blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, one of the most
beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.
You will find the condo rentals at The Royal Palms
simply elegant with a high standard of comfort and
convenience.
On the courtyard garden level, overlooking the pool and
tropical gardens, are five two-story mezzanine loft
rentals with five-meter (sixteen foot) ceilings. |

As you ascend the semi-private staircase
to this unit located on the second level, you are
welcomed by a gentle waterfall following the stairs.
This beautiful, sunny, one-bedroom suite overlooks the
pool and the courtyard gardens. As well, it features a
private terrace off the living room and a dining terrace
with Caribbean Sea view off the kitchen. The dining area
and kitchen are fully equipped. An early morning
breakfast will be served with a Caribbean sunrise and a
view of the cruise ships sailing by.
This open floor plan allows for lots of natural light
from both south and east facing windows, which run the
full length of the suite. The living and kitchen areas
are divided by the kitchen counter enabling the cook to
share in the living room activities.
A 30-inch TV is housed in the living room for your
enjoyment. The sofa folds out into a double bed for
extra sleeping space.
There is a 2-piece bathroom located off the living room.
The bedroom is very private, located on the south side
of the Condo, with a king-size bed, 3-piece en suite
bathroom, washer and dryer. Natural wood closets and
cabinets ensure ample storage.
Rental is based on double occupancy. |
